BOOKING TERMS OF THE SERVICES
“LGK GRUPA” Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “SERVICE PROVIDER”), registration No. 40003907742, legal address “Atrakcijas”, Sigulda, Sigulda region, LV-2150, Latvia, offers to book services for a certain day and time: “Bungee Sigulda” jumps from the “Siguldas vagoniņš”. The relevant services can be booked at www.bungee.lv, as well as by phone, by calling the contact point, indicated in the Contact section of each Service provider, and in person, after arriving at the location of each Service provider within its working hours.
SERVICE PAYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Booking can be paid, using the payment cards VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express, as well as the Swedbank Internet Banking in Latvia.
All prices at www.bungee.lv are indicated, including a 21% value added tax.
Depending on the type of service, it is possible to book a service for a fixed time and day at www.bungee.lv:
¥ using an already purchased gift card / service code (the Customer specifies a unique code for the purchased or received gift card – a series of letters, numbers and characters – which allows identification of the purchase of the service);
¥ by depositing a prepayment of EUR 10 (the Customer chooses one of the payment options and makes a prepayment of EUR 10. On arrival, the Customer pays the service price and the prepaid difference);
• booking a place in a “live queue” (the Customer books a service, informing the service provider about the planned use of the service on a particular day. The “live queue” booking does not grant a Customer the right to use the service at a specific time. Upon the arrival of a Customer at the location, the service provider informs about the available time for using the service. If the Customer, during the booking, has indicated a wrong telephone number or cannot be reached, the Service Provider has the right to suspend the provision of the service and the working time at its discretion, without waiting for the arrival of the Customer who made the booking in the “live queue”.
EXEMPTION RIGHTS OF BOOKING
If the Customer has made a booking, using a unique code – a series of letters, numbers and characters – of purchased or received gift cards, the Customer has the right to refuse the booking and use the Gift card during the time and day of the same season, if the Customer has contacted the Service Provider and has informed about cancellation of the booking at least 72 hours before the time of receipt of the booked service. In this case, the Customer has the right to agree on the date and time, when the booking is being transferred, in accordance with the Service Provider’s working hours and the available free time slots of a service.
If the Customer has made a booking by depositing a prepayment for the service, the Customer has the right to refuse the service booking by contacting the Service Provider, but the Service Provider DOES NOT REPAY the Customer’s prepayment fee in any amount. If the Customer has informed the Service Provider at least 72 hours prior to the receipt of the booked service about the cancellation of the booking, the Customer has the right to transfer the booking, retaining the prepayment for another time and day of the same season, according to the Service Provider’s working hours and available free time slot of a service.
The Service Provider does not repay the money for the bookings (in accordance with the “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts” of the Cabinet of Ministers of 20.05.2015), unless the Service Provider cannot provide the booked service on the given date and time for the unforeseen reasons. In this case, the Service Provider contacts the Customer and agrees to repay the money or change the booking time.
If the Customer has encountered Force Majeure circumstances that prevent the arrival at the service location 72 hours before the receipt of the service, he/she may inform the Service Provider and agree on the change of the booking date and time, but the Service Provider is not obliged to provide such a change in all circumstances.
CONDITIONS OF USE OF CUSTOMER’S DATA
The data, provided by the Customer, will only be used to contact the Customer regarding the execution of the booking or to specify the details of other information, regarding the booking, except for cases, wherein the buyer has given his/her consent to receive special “SERVICE PROVIDER’S” offers via e-mail or text message.
The Customer may transfer the purchased or received service to another person without any additional payment, even in cases where the booking is made using the gift card / service code and the name of the other person is indicated on a Gift Card. The Customer is allowed to make a booking on behalf of another person.
SERVICE PROVIDER has the right at any time, and at its discretion, to change these terms, and such changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website www.bungee.lv
